Using QuotedFair means you treat the calculators and guides as informational planning tools, not as a bid, inspection, or hiring service.
QuotedFair estimates are planning ranges. They are not contractor bids, not appraisals, and not a promise that any company will perform work at that price. A written scope from the company standing at your house still controls.
You are responsible for hiring decisions: licensing, insurance, references, and whether two quotes describe the same job. QuotedFair does not recommend contractors, collect job leads, or take a fee for introductions.
Content on this site may be used for personal, non-commercial planning. Do not scrape the calculators to build a competing lead product, and do not present QuotedFair ranges as your own bid.
